Purchase from an Approved Thumb Print reseller/agent/distributor. We will be happy to put you in contact with the closest authorized dealer. At this time we do not list the dealers online. Please provide us your information.

Q. Does Thumb Print sell internationally?
A. Yes, Thumb Print sells internationally. However, Thumb Print Sales Web Site only accepts direct online orders. We do sell worldwide, so if you are outside of      India please contact us.

QCan I buy a specially configured Thumb Print product online?
A. At this time we are only selling pre-configured systems online to guarantee your satisfaction. In most cases the pre-configured systems fit the majority of     users that need to record. If you have special requirements please contact us and we will work with you on a solution. Please provide as much information as     possible (such as: No of User, Door Access Support, Desktop Computer etc...)

Q. When will my order ship?
A. We ship orders once payment is received. If the item is a stock item we will ship it ASAP. We work to send all items within 3 days of received payment.     Special configurations could take longer. We do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.

QCan I get a full catalog of Thumb Print products?

A. Thumb Print does not only sell Time Attendance but Also Access Control Device. In addition to the TA solutions we have developed Face Recognition units which is easy to use. Q.  Why do I not see the full product line on the Thumb Print sales website?
A.  Overtime other Thumb Print products may begin to appear on this sales website. In the meantime we work with agents/resellers/distributors that are well      positioned to assist with special product requests and needs. If you are interested in our other product lines, please let us know.

Q.  Can I buy Thumb Print products from a local reseller?
A.  Yes, you can buy Thumb Print products from a local authorized reseller. Many times this is the best way to purchase our products. Authorized resellers can       help in configurations, installations and onsite help. Contact us with your information and we will be sure to connect you with an authorized reseller.


Q. What are your payment methods?

We welcome MasterCard and Visa.
We also accept wire transfers (provided when you are ready to order).
If you wish to pay by check or money order please let us know (please allow 2~4 Days for processing of checks or money orders).

Q. Do I have to pay tax, import duties and customs duty?

A. Customer pays all customs fees of their country (this may involve tax and import duties as well). This may involve being required to pay the postal delivery     person when your package is delivered. We will work to elevate any additional costs to you the best we can by having all costs covered in the shipping &     handling charge during check out.


Q.  Which shipping carriers does Thumb Print use?

A.  Thumb Print works to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We ship by TNT. At the time of shipping we will provide you with the carrier and tracking number.

Q.  Can you ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO address?

A.  We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If you have special delivery needs please let us know and we will see how we can accommodate      you.

Q.  Can I track my package?

A.  When an order is sent we will notify you by email and include the shipping number and carrier.

Q.  Where will my product ship from?

A.  Product will ship from the best location available at the time of ordering. Most products ordered from the Thumb Print Website will be shipped from Mumbai,      India, Taipei, Taiwan. Check back for any updates regarding this subject.


Q.  What is the warranty policy for Thumb Print?

A.  The Thumb Print carries a limited One Year warranty from shipping date. You can also purchase an extra year limited warranty when you are checking out.      The extra year warranty must be purchased at the time of purchase.Warranty is null and void on Burnt and Physically Damaged products

Q.  How long will Thumb Print support my product?

We supply free support for the original owner for the life of the product on purchases bought directly from us. Contact Support for assistance.
Local resellers may have special service contracts and charge support, this is due to their quick response time, expertise and personal attention. This is outside of Thumb Print support and is between customer and reseller.

Q.  What is the Life Line of Thumb Print?

A.  The Product is successfully Tested on Extreme Condition and has a Lifeline of More that 5 Years

A.  The Technology of Thumb Print is So Simplified that you do not need a Special Technical Engineer to Install it, Our Support Team Are Ready.

  Return/Repair Policy

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.  We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. Every item we sell is new and covered by Thumb Print warranty. If for some       reason you are not completely satisfied return it within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving       it to be sure that it is in proper working order. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. Resaleable Condition mean that the product(s) is exactly in       the same condition as you received it. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it you may be subject to a minimum 15%       restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Q.  Burnt Or Physically Damaged goods do not have any warranty. Special Orders are not covered by this return policy.

A.  This return policy is only for items sold through the Thumb Print sales web site and not customized products. Shipment of the product back to Thumb Print is the responsibility of the buyer.

Q.  I received a defective product, what do I do?

A. You should inform Thumb Print support team immediately. Thumb Print support will work with you to identify the problem. If the item must be returned for repair or  replacement the support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the defective product is reported within 7 (seven) days of  receiving the product Thumb Print will arrange pick up of the unit and ship the unit back to you at no charge. After 7 days the shipment of the product will be the responsibility of the buyer. o NOTE: If an item needs to be returned, it should be sent so that no custom fees are charge to Thumb Print. This can be done by telling the shipper that the order is a return for replacement (or that the item is damaged). If customs fees are billed to Thumb Print, customer will be billed those fees
